Remember these are sip and sample sizes and perfect individual portions.

The Discovery Pass wineries are located throughout the Niagara Region and there are numerous ways to plan your experience:

Check out the listings and participating wineries - http://www.niagarawinefestival.com/discovery-pass-listings

Visit the Wine Country Ontario Wine Route Planner - http://winecountryontario.ca/wine-route-planner

Visit participating winery websites - http://www.niagarawinefestival.com/wineries

We also recommend that you plan at least 45 minutes per winery as this program is designed to be a leisurely experience at each winery because you have specifically selected them for one reason or another.

Also keep in mind Niagara on the Lake and Twenty Valley are at least a half hour to 45 minutes apart depending on traffic.

The program is designed to be a sampling program so you will not be overdoing it unless you taste additional wines at each winery. Don’t forget the Driver’s Pass is a perfect plan if you want to dive into winetasting at each winery.

The Driver’s Discovery Pass was created for designated drivers and for those who want to enjoy the culinary side of the experience without the wine. Each Driver’s Pass offers eight experiences to indulge in the mouth-watering creations as they enjoy the beauty of the Wine Route.

  • Discovery Passes are very flexible and can be used any time during the New Vintage Festival weekend dates at any participating winery. (13th Street is not open Sundays)
  • Passes can be shared, used over numerous dates and if you love your experience and want to do it twice you can
  • Experiences are scanned from your printed copy or on your Smart Phone and each time you redeem a ‘voucher’ at a participating winery it will automatically remove that ticket from your supply. So keep track of your stops or you may need to buy an additional pass.
  • The Festival works with numerous accommodation partners and their links can be found under the Hospitality Tab here.
