Wine & Cheese Seminars

Presented by Dairy Farmers of Canada

June 16 & 17, 2012 | $20 per person (plus HST)

Dairy Farmers of Canada provide Niagara New Vintage visitors an opportunity to explore incredible artisanal cheeses that are truly Canadian along with our partner winemakers. Deborah Levy for Dairy Farmers of Canada will work closely with each winery and present selections that truly complement the various winemakers’ style.

These seminars are a must attend event and have limited seating.

Wine and cheese are ageless companions. At NC Teaching Winery we take the mystery out of pairing these two wonderful friends and let your mouths do the deciding!
